Terms & Conditions – Swami Driving School

Welcome to Swami Driving School! By booking lessons or packages, you agree to these terms. Our mission: safe, reliable, professional driver training.

General Conditions

• Students must bring a valid learner’s permit or driver’s licence; no licence will mean no lesson, and the full fee still applies.
• Logbook accuracy is by the student; instructors help, but the final responsibility is yours.
• Lessons start/end at a set location; lateness may reduce lesson time with no adjustment to the fee.
• No drugs or alcohol; lessons cancelled instantly if unfit to drive, full fee charged.

Packages & Vouchers

• Packages/gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• Vouchers/packages cannot be transferred or resold.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice required for changes without a fee.
• Less than 24 hours: $50 cancellation fee or forfeited lesson.
• Weekend lessons cannot be rescheduled.
• Lessons may be cancelled/rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen reasons; notification via phone/email/text.
• Rain does not mean cancellation unless instructor decides unsafe.
• Booking a test before logbook is approved—or rejected—means the full lesson/test fee is paid up front.

Safety & Responsibility

• Our vehicles are maintained to meet safety standards.
• Students must follow all instructor directions; otherwise, the lesson may end early without refund.
